Cor Silver and Citrine Necklace

Evocative of The Silver Soap sitting on its soap dish, Cor commissioned Louise Douglas to design a delicate piece of jewellery. Why did we do this? We have partnered with The Burn Institute to donate 10% of all sales from the necklace. Silver has long been used with burn victims due to its known anti-bacterial and cell regeneration properties. The rehabilitation – both physical and psychological – of burn victims is difficult and long and we wanted to do our part to support The Burn Institute in their marvelous work. We turned to Louise Douglas as she is one of our favourite jewellery. Hailing from New Zealand, Louise’s works have been owned by fashionistas from Japan to New York.
